One Activated carbon adsorption box: For working conditions with low exhaust gas concentration and high air volume, an activated carbon adsorption box can be used, filled with honeycomb activated carbon adsorption. The advantages of this process are low cost and easy replacement. The disadvantage is that activated carbon only adsorbs exhaust gas molecules and lacks desorption function. When activated carbon adsorption is saturated, it needs to be replaced, so the frequency of activated carbon replacement is high.

II Activated carbon adsorption concentration+catalytic combustion equipment: When the concentration is high, the quality of the exhaust gas generated every day is high, and this process can be used. The advantage is that activated carbon can be desorbed after adsorption, thereby realizing the reuse of activated carbon, greatly extending its service life and reducing the frequency of activated carbon replacement. The disadvantage is that when the exhaust gas concentration is higher than 800mg/g, it is no longer suitable for activated carbon adsorption.

III RTO/zeolite wheel+activated carbon adsorption combination process: In industries with high waste gas concentrations such as chemical and pharmaceutical industries, due to the complex composition of waste gas, a combination process is usually used to treat waste gas, and activated carbon adsorption is added at the end to achieve deep purification.
